Forged Bearing Elements "billets" 390x390x615mm, material S390Q according to EN 10025-6 with guaranteed weldability to S355.

Final machining to a surface roughness level N11 according to DIN-ISO 1302 for an average roughness of 25 μm.

Ultrasonic Inspection: US EN 10228-3: Tab. 5, class 4.

The billets were used as connectors of the support pillars of the roof of the opera house of SNFCC.

For the material S690Q the standard EN 10025-6, Table 5 only specifies thicknesses up to 150mm, Fabrication met requirements for delivered thickness 390mm.
